Ingredients:
1 cup handful corriander powder
1/2 cup pepper
1/2 cup of black jaggery
1/2 cup of jeeram (cumin seeds)
1tbsp of ajwain
4 pieces of dry ginger
Method
1. Fry all the above ingredients
2. Make powder and keep it in an air tight container
3. Boil black jaggery in water and mix the above powder and stir for a while and cool it for few minutes
4. Filter it and mix with milk and make a drink.
5. This drink is useful for gas in the body. It clear the bloating in the stomach.
