Roasted Peanuts – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1/2 cup, powdered
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Rice Flour – little
1. Pour 2 to 3 tblsp of water in a heavy bottomed pan.
2. Add the jaggery and cook till it reaches a soft ball consistency.
3. Remove the pan from flame.
4. Add roasted peanuts and cardamom powder.
5. Mix well and cool.
6. While it is still warm, rub a little flour on the palms and make small balls of the mixture.
7. Allow it to cool.
8. Store in an airtight container.
