Whole Cashew Nuts – 50 gms
Chana Dal Flour – 1/4 cup
Maida – 1 tsp
Rice Flour – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
1. Mix together all the ingredients except cashew nuts.
2. Add 2 tblsp hot oil into the mixture.
3. Mix the cashew nuts and sufficient water to prepare a stiff dough.
4. Heat oil in a kadai.
5. Deep fry little pieces of dough till golden brown. Take care to see that each pakoda has atleast one cashew nut.
