Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 10
Dry Red Chillies – 5
Tamarind – a small ball
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
Mustard Seeds – little
Asafoetida – little
Fenugreek Powder – 1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Grind together the tomatoes, red chillies and tamarind.
2. Heat little oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds, asafoetida and fenugreek powder.
4. Add the ground tomato paste and salt.
5. Saute well for 4 to 5 minutes.
6. Remove and serve as a side dish.
