Boiled Soyabean Salad

Ingredients
 
1tbsp soyabean (soak overnight)
1 tbsp moong (whole)
1 potato (boiled)
1 onion (chopped finely)
1tsp coriander (chopped finely)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
 
Method
 
Wash the moong and soyabeans.
Pressure cook the rajma and moong till done. (Approx. 4 whistles).
Drain and wash to cool.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
If desired mix in 1/2 a cupful of beaten curd.
Or eat as it is with hot steamed rice or chappati.

draining the boiled and soak water of soya bean reduces its nutrative value.not a health recipe.
