A delicious and healthy smoothie with avocado.
Avocado – 2, ripe
Milk – 2 cups
Ice Cubes – few
Sugar as required
Almonds – few
Cashew Nuts – few
Cherries – few
1. Cut the avocados into half and discard the inner stone.
2. Scrape the flesh and grind to a smooth pulp.
3. Add milk, ice cubes and sugar.
4. Blend again until combined.
5. Pour into serving glasses.
6. Garnish with almonds, cashew nuts and cherries.
7. Serve at once or chilled.
