Eggless Brownies

Mix 3 cups (the 8 oz. measurement) of Maida
2 cups Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder


In another bowl mix 3/4 cup oil, 1 tsp.vanilla essence, 2 tbsp.vinegar, 2 cups cold water.
Add the wet Ingredients to the dry mixture & mix very well.
Bake in pre heated oven for 375 o F for 40 minutes.

their should be curd used in brownee not vinegar
