A simple and easy to make salad with tuna and veggies.
Ingredients:
Tuna – 150 gms, drained, flaked
Lettuce – 1/4 cup, chopped
Cucumber – 2 to 3 tblsp, chopped
Onion – 1/4 cup, sliced
Spring Onion – 1 tblsp, chopped
Tomato – 1/4 cup, chopped
Carrot – 2 tblsp, grated
Lemon Juice – as required
Sweet Chilli Sauce – 2 tsp
Method:
1. Combine the lettuce, cucumber, onions, tomato and carrot in a bowl.
2. Add some lemon juice and toss well.
3. Mix the chilli sauce and tuna in another bowl.
4. Add this to the salad and toss gently.
5. Serve at once.
