Easy to make sundal recipe with Spring Onions, boiled Peanuts and onions.
Spring Onions – 1/2 bunch (or 1 small bunch), finely chopped
Onions – 1 cup, chopped
Peanuts – 1 cup, boiled
Sprouted Green Gram – 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Ghee – 1 tsp
Mint Leaves – few, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – few
1. Heat ghee in a pan.
2. Saute the spring onions and mint leaves for a minute.
3. Pressure cook the sprouted green gram until 1 whistle and remove.
4. Drain well.
5. Add the peanuts, mint leaves, spring onions, onions, coriander leaves and salt.
6. Mix well.
7. Add lemon juice, pepper powder and mix again.
