Sweet Corn Vegetable Sundal

Kids would love this colourful sundal. Serve as a snack.
Sweet Corn Kernels

Ingredients:
Carrot – 1 cup, chopped
Cucumber – 1 cup, chopped
Onions – 1 cup, chopped
Sweet Corn Kernels – 1 cup
Coriander Leaves – few
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Pressure cook the sweet corns with little salt until 1 whistle.
2. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
3. Add the carrots, onions and cucumbers.
4. Sprinkle a little coriander leaves.
5. Toss well and serve at once.
