Ingredients
1 small tothapuri mango raw (any other variety which is sweet and sour)
1 large onion
2 small tender cucumbers
1 tsp. fresh coriander finely chopped
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. red chilli powder
2 pinches black salt powdered
salt to taste
1 pinch asafoetida
Method
Chop all mango, onion, cucumber very fine.
Mix all in a large salad bowl along with other ingredients.
Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
