Lemon Ginger Ice

Ingredients:
450 ml water
pared 2 limes
125 gm sugar
2 tbsp candied ginger
1 tbsp honey
juice 5 limes

Method:
Boil the sugar and water with the lemon rind.
Add the chopped ginger.
Stir in the honey and lemon juice.
Freeze overnight.
Scrape out and serve.
