Lassi is a traditional summer drink across India. There are many varieties of lassi depending on which part of India you are in. This Namkeen Lassi is a refreshing drink for the hot summer days.
Namkeen Lassi

Ingredients:
Plain Yogurt – 1 cup
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 to 3/4 tsp
Mint Leaves (or Coriander Leaves) – little, chopped
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Ice Cubes

Method:
1. Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour into serving glasses filled with 1 or 2 ice cubes.
4. Serve at once.
