Ingredients:
1 – small banana
1 scoop – protein mix
1/2 cup – milk
ice cubes

Method

1. Put ice cubes, banana and 1/4 cup milk in the blender. Blend till ice is crushed.
2. Then add the protein and remaining milk and blend again.
3. The smoothie is ready to serve.
