Fruit Salad

Apple – 1/2 cup, chopped
Papaya – 1/2 cup, chopped
Guava – 1/2 cup, chopped
Pineapple – 1/2 cup, chopped
Banana – 1/2 cup, sliced
Grapes – 1 cup (mix of green and black), seedless
Pomegranate Seeds – 1/2 cup
Juice of 1 Lemon
Chaat Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp or as per taste

1. Combine the fruits in a large bowl.
2. Toss well to mix.
3. Add chaat masala powder, sugar and salt.
4. Stir gently.
5. Add lemon juice and mix well.
6. Serve in small cups.

Tip: If desired, add strawberries and watermelons.
