Ingredients

1 chicken, clean and cut into small pieces
400 gms mustard oil (or seasame oil)
1 cup vinegar

Grind together:
8 garlic flakes
1 tsp ginger paste
3 onions
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste

Method:

Heat mustard oil in a pan till it smokes
Fry the chicken pieces till golden brown
Remove the chicken pieces and keep aside
Now in the same oil put the grinded paste
Simmer it for 5 minutes
Add the chicken pieces
Fry for 10 minutes
Cool the spiced chicken pieces
Add vinegar to it
Store it a air-tight jar
Use the pickle after a day
