Radish Cucumber Raita Recipe
A simple and delicious raita for the hot summer months. This combination is sure to cool your body from the scorching heat.
Tender Radish – 1, peeled, grated
Cucumber – 1, peeled, grated
Tomato – 1, chopped
Curd – 1/2 cup
Coriander Powder – little
Cumin Powder – little
Salt as per taste
Sugar as per taste
1. Add the curd to a bowl and whisk well.
2. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
3. Serve at once.
Tip: Make this just before serving otherwise it will become watery/soggy.
