Dates Chapati Recipe

Rich in Iron, this is very good for pregnant women.

Wheat Flour – 200 gms
Seedless Dates – 10
Butter – 2 tsp
Salt – a pinch

1. Grind the dates to a smooth paste.
2. Add the wheat flour to a bowl and add the dates paste.
3. Add butter, salt and enough water.
4. Knead well to a thick, pliable dough.
5. Make small balls of the dough and roll them into small/medium chapatis.
6. Heat a tawa over medium flame.
7. Cook the prepared chapatis on both sides.
8. Serve at once.
