Banana Custard Recipe

A classic and delicious dessert that is simple and easy to make.
Banana Custard

Bananas – 4, ripe
Custard Powder – 2 tblsp
Milk – 1 1/2 cups
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Cashew Nuts – few, chopped
Almonds – few, chopped
Pistachios – few, chopped
Raisins – 2 tsp

1. Peel and chop the bananas in a bowl.
2. Mix sugar and custard powder with little water.
3. Bring the remaining milk to a boil over low/medium flame.
4. Add the custard powder mixture and stir well.
5. When it starts to thicken, add the bananas.
6. Remove the pan from flame.
7. Add vanilla essence, nuts and raisins.
8. Mix well and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
9. Serve chilled.
