Mushroom Capsicum Masala

A great dish to serve with roti, naans or fried rice.
Mushroom Capsicum Masala

Capsicums – 4, finely chopped
Button Mushrooms – 12 to 15 (depending on size), finely chopped
Tomatoes – 3 to 4, finely chopped
Onions – 2, finely chopped
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tblsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped

1. Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the onions and capsicums for 5 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and salt.
4. Mix well.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Add chaat masala powder, lemon juice and pepper powder.
7. Stir to mix well.
8. Remove and transfer to a serving bowl.
9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
10. Serve with roti, naan or fried rice.
