Summer + Strawberries + Vodka = Match made in heaven.
Ingredients:
Strawberries – 10, sliced
Basil – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Ice cubes – 2 to 3 cups
Vodka – 200 ml
Soda – 50 ml
Cranberry Juice – 1 tblsp
Pepper Powder – little
Sugar Syrup – 1 tblsp
Method:
1. Combine the strawberries and basil leaves in a shaker.
2. Gently muddle.
3. Add ice cubes till 3/4th full.
4. Pour the vodka, soda, cranberry juice, sugar syrup and pepper powder.
5. Shake well for a minute.
6. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
7. Garnish with a mint leaf.
8. Serve at once.
