Mango – 1 cup, finely chopped (not too ripe and not too raw)
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – few, chopped
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
1. In a large bowl add the mango pieces and onions.
2. Add pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
3. Toss well to evenly mix.
4. Serve at once.
