Tomato Milkshake Recipe

Tomatoes – 5
Milk – 1/2 cup
Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 100 gms
Ice cubes as required

1. Heat a pan of water over medium flame.
2. Blanch the tomatoes.Peel the skin and discard the seeds.
3. Grind to a smooth paste.
4. Add condensed milk, milk, sugar and ice cubes.
5. Blend again until smooth.
6. Keep it in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours or until chill.
7. Remove and pour into individual glasses.
8. Serve chilled.
