A great way to beat the summer heat.
Plain Yogurt – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 to 3 tblsp (adjust as per sweetness)
Strawberries – 10 to 20, finely chopped + handful, chopped for garnish
Popsicle molds – 8 to 12 (adjust as required)
Pink Food Colour – few drops (optional)
1. Blend the yogurt, sugar and chopped strawberries until smooth.
2. Half fill the molds with the mixture and sprinkle the chopped strawberries on top.
3. Top up with some more yogurt and cover with the lid.
4. Place them in a freezer for 5 to 6 hours or until set.
Tip: You can also use Strawberry flavoured Yogurt if available.
