litchi - Tender Coconut and Litchi Sherbet

Ingredients:
Tender Coconut – 2
Litchi Fruits – 1 cup, peeled
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Glucose – 3 tsp

Method:
1. Grind the litchi fruits in a mixer for 30 seconds.
2. Add tender coconut water and blend again for a minute.
3. Add lemon juice and glucose.
4. Mix well and keep it in the fridge.
5. Serve chilled.

  1. This is my favourite juice… i have been making this juice forever! But i usually use KDD harvest’s lychee juice to make this, and you don’t need any glucose as the juice itself is sweet enough. This reminds me i have not made this for long..definitely in my checklist for the weekend! Thanks for sharing!
