This fresh and zingy cocktail will make you feel as if spring is definitely on the way.

Ingredients:

• Gin – 2 parts
• Lime Cordial – 2 parts
• Green Chartreuse – 1 part
• Ice
• Lime Peel Twist

Method:

1. Combine and stir the liquid ingredients over ice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Add some ice.
4. Garnish with lime peel twist.
5. Serve.
