A simple and delicious variation to the regular Masala Papad.
Papads (or Appalams) – 8, large
Potato – 1, boiled, peeled, chopped
Tomato – 1/2, finely chopped, seeds removed
Green Chillies – 2, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Chaat Masala Powder as per taste
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Lemon Juice – little
Oil as required
Roasted Peanuts – few
Sev as required, to garnish
1. Break the papads into medium size pieces and transfer to a plate.
2. Scatter the potatoes, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, chaat masala powder and peanut.
3. Sprinke lemon juice lightly.
4. Garnish with sev
5. Serve at once.
