Ingredients:
Salted Biscuits – 1/2 packet (10 to 15)
Kara Boondi – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Tomatoes – 1, finely chopped, seeds removed
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tblsp
Green Chillies – 3, finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Spread the biscuits on a plate.
2. Add tomatoes, onions, green chillies, cumin powder and salt on top.
3. Scatter the boondis and sprinkle lemon juice, black salt and tomato sauce on top.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
5. Serve at once.
