Sprouted Green Gram (Moong) – 1 cup,
Green Chillies – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Chaat Masala Powder as per taste
Salt as per taste
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Green Mango – 1/4 cup, finely chopped (not too sour)
Cucumber – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Tomatoes – 1/4 cup, finely chopped (optional)
Onions – 1/4 cup, finely chopped (optional)
1. Transfer the sprouted moong to a large bowl.
2. Add all the other ingredients in the order given.
3. Mix until evenly combined.
4. Serve in small cups.
5. Healthy, nutritious and tasty anytime snack.
Great Receipe. I tried Sprouted Moong chaat. Excellent 5th.
