Curd Pachadi (Thayir Pachadi) is a popular South Indian recipe that can be made in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
Curd – 1 cup, thick
Milk – 1/4 cup
Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated
Carrot – 1/4 cup, grated
Cucumber – 1/2 cup, grated
Peanuts – 2 tblsp, crushed
Salt as per taste
For the seasoning:
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – litte
Urad Dal – little
Green Chilli – 1, slit
Curry Leaves – few
Method:
1. Mix the curd and milk in a bowl.
2. Add the coconut, carrot, cucumber and peats.
3. Add some salt and mix well.
4. Fry the seasoning ingredinets in oil and pour over the pachadi.
5. Stir and serve at once.
