Chocolate Shrikhand

Thick Curd – 1 cup
Cocoa Powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp, powdered
Chocolate Buttons – as required
Almonds – as required
Pistachios – as required

1. Tie the curd in a muslin cloth and hang to drain.
2. Transfer to a bowl.
3. Add sugar, cocoa powder, almonds and pistachios.
4. Mix well.
5. Transfer into small cups and garnish with chocolate buttons.
6. Keep it in the fridge for a few hours.
7. Serve chilled.
