Watermelon Puree – 1 cup
Musk Melon Puree – 1 cup
Cucumber Puree – 1/2 cup
Chaat Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Cream – 2 tblsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
1. Mix all the ingredients except cream in a bowl.
2. Pour into kulfi moulds and place them in the freezer for a few hours or until set.
3. When set, remove and transfer to a serving bowl/plate.
4. Serve with cream.
