Ingredients:
Banana – 1, not too ripe, chopped/sliced
Paneer – 1/4 cup, grated
Sago (Javvarisi) – 3 tblsp + 1 tblsp powdered
Curd – 1 cup
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Mint Leaves – few
Ice cubes
Salt – a pinch
Method:
1. Boil the 3 tblsp sago and keep aside.
2. Blend the curd, salt, cumin powder, paneer and boiled sago with 2 ice cubes.
3. Add little water, powdered sago, banana and sugar.
4. Blend again until smooth or little grainy.
5. Pour into a chilled glass.
6. Garnish with mint leaves.
7. Serve chill.
