Ingredients:
Plum Tomatoes – 8 (or) 16 Cherry Tomatoes
Cucumber – 1, peeled, seeded and grated
Paneer – 4 tblsp
Chilli Powder – a pinch
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, chopped
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Cut each tomato in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds and pulp.
2. Set aside.
3. Squeeze out the excess water from the cucumber and put it in a small bowl.
4. Add the paneer, chili powder, coriander and salt.
5. Mix thoroughly.
6. Fill tomato halves with the mixture and serve.
Tip: For the filling you can use peas and carrots as well.
