Watermelon and Cucumber Cooler Recipe

A refreshing and cool drink for the hot summer days.
Watermelon and Cucumber Cooler

Ingredients:
Watermelon – 2 cups, seeds removed
Cucumber – 1/2 cup, peeled, chopped, seeds removed
Water – 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice – 2 to 3 tsp
Honey – 2 tblsp

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend well until smooth.
3. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
4. Pour into serving glasses filled with 2 to 3 ice cubes.

Tip: If desired, add 30 to 45 ml of Vodka.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
