Eggless Chocolate Chip Biscuits Recipe

Butter – 250 gms
Sugar – 250 gms, powdered
Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Maida – 300 gms
Chocolate Chips – 250 gms
Chocolate – 200 gms, melted

1. Combine the butter and sugar in a bowl.
2. Whip until light and fluffy.
3. Mix 2 tsp sugar with milk and add to the bowl.
4. Add chocolate chips and maida.
5. Mix well.
6. Use a cookie mould (if available) or add spoonfuls of the mixture to a greased baking tray lined with parchment paper.
7. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180C and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until it turns golden.
8. Remove and cool.
9. Garnish with melted chocolate.
10. Serve.
