2 tbsp ragi flour
1 cup water
Dash of sugar
Salt and Pepper as per taste
Boil ragii flour in 1 cup water, for 5-7 minutes, adding more water as required.
Cool to room temp.
Put mixture in a blender.
Add salt, pepper, a dash of sugar, and chilled water or crushed ice.
Blend till smooth and frothy.
Serve chilled as an instant refreshe
