This pachadi is said to be popular in Maharashtra.
Raw Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Thick Curd – 1/2 cup
Green Chillies – 2
Coriander Leaves – few, finely chopped
Oil – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
1. Soak the peanuts for 15 minutes in a bowl and drain.
2. Add green chillies and salt.
3. Grind to a coarse paste.
4. Add curd, coriander leaves and mix well.
5. Heat oil in a pan.
6. Fry the ajwain for 20 seconds and add to the pachadi.
7. Mix well and serve.
Tip: If desired, add 1 or 2 tsp of grated coconut at step #3.
