Chayote / Chow Chow

Ingredients:
Chow Chow (Chayote) – 2 tblsp, peeled, grated
Cucumber – 2 tblsp, peeled, grated
Onion – 1, sliced
Coriander Leaves – few
Thick Curd – 1 cup
Cashewnuts – 4 to 5, soaked in water for 15 minutes
Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Grind the cashewnuts and coconut together.
2. Whisk the curd and add the ground coconut-cashewnut mixture.
3. Gently squeeze the chow chow, cucumber and onions.
4. Add to the curd.
5. Add salt and mix well.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
7. Serve at once.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
