How to Make Rusk Paniyaram Recipe

Paniyaram

Ingredients:
Dosa Batter – 1 cup
Rusk – 1 cup, powdered
Coconut – 1 tblsp, grated
Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
Green Chillies – 1 tsp, chopped
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
Cashewnuts – 1 tsp, fried

Method:
1. Combine the dosa batter, rusk and cashewnuts together.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds, cumin seeds for 30 seconds.
4. Add green chillies, onions, coconut and saute well for a minute or two.
5. Add to the dosa batter.
6. Add coriander leaves and mix.
7. Pour a ladleful of the batter to the paniyaram moulds.
8. Cook till light golden brown.
9. Remove and serve with coconut chutney.
