This is a popular festive sweet made in parts of TamilNadu and offered as a prasadam.
Thinai (Foxtail Millet) Flour – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1/4 cup, grated
Raisins – 1 tblsp
Almonds – 1 tblsp, finely chopped
Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated
Honey as required
1. Add jaggery, raisins, almonds, coconut and thinai flour to a bowl.
2. Add honey and mix well.
3. Make small balls of this mixture.
4. Store in an airtight container.
