Ingredients:
Coconut – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Raw Mango – 1 cup, finely chopped
Sweet Corn Kernels – 3/4 cup
White Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – a pinch
Cucumber – 1/4 cup, chopped
Lemon Juice – 2 to 3 tsp
Onions – 1 to 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Combine the coconut, mango, cucumber and corn in a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Add salt, pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir to mix.
4. Add the lemon juice and stir again.
5. Garnish with the onions.
6. Serve.
