Ingredients

1 Banana (substitute Strawberries, Blueberries, Mango)
2-3 Tablespoons instant Vanilla pudding mix (sugar free kind, if you like)
2 Cups fat free milk (Skimmed Milk)
Pinch of grated Nutmeg
Sugar substitute to taste

Method:

Blend all the above.
Top it with whipped cream and strawberry sauce for greater effect.
