BBQ Chicken Burger


BBQ Chicken Burger

Chicken Breasts – 2, skinless, boneless, sliced thickly
Burger Buns – 2, halved, toasted
Lettuce – handful, chopped, torn or sliced
Tomato – 1, finely sliced
Onions – 1, finely sliced
Tomato Ketchup – 4 tblsp
BBQ Sauce – 4 tblsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

1. Mix the tomato ketchup, bbq sauce, garlic paste and honey in a bowl. Reserve 2 to 3 tblsp for spreading.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the sauce and mix well until coated.
3. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
4. Heat a griddle pan over medium flam.
5. Cook the marinated chicken sliced for 5 to 8 minutes or until cooked through.
6. Spread the reserved sauce on 2 of the burger buns halves.
7. Add the lettuce, tomato and onions.
8. Place the chicken breast and add 1 tsp of the sauce. Cover with the other half.
9. Serve with fries.

Tip: Add cheese slices or cucumber slices if desired.
