Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

Chicken Breast – 1, boneless, cut into strips
Broccoli – 2 tblsp, chopped
Carrot – 2 tblsp, sliced
Onion – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Beans – 2 tblsp
Baby Corn – 1, chopped
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Peanut Oil – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – a pinch
Almonds – 1 tsp, sliced

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the red chilli flakes, chicken strips and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring from time to time.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl.
5. Serve warm with rice.
