A citrussy cocktail that’s as cool and sparkling as a winter’s day in the Swedish capital.
Ingredients:
- Lemon Vodka – 4 parts
- Lemon Juice – 2 parts
- Sugar Cube – 2
- Sparkling Wine – chilled
Method:
- Place the sugar cubes in 2 goblets.
- Pour the vodka and lemon juice.
- Stir to dissolve the sugar and top up with sparkling wine.
- Serve.
