Beetroot Pancake

Semolina – 1 1/2 cups
Beetroot – 1/4 cup, finely grated
Water – 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Oil as required
White Sesame Seeds – 4 tsp

1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients.
2. Heat a pan over medium flame.
3. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread evenly.
4. Add little oil around the edges and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on both the sides.
5. Cook until golden and remove.
6. Serve at once.
