Healthy and simple to make sprouted green gram salad recipe.
Ingredients:
Mulai Kattiya Pachai Payaru (Sprouted Green Gram) – 1/2 cup
Mulai Kattiya Black Kondakadalai (Chickpeas) – 1/2 cup
Mulai Kattiya Karamani – 1/2 cup
Onions – 2, finely chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 2 tsp, grated
Juice of 1 Lemon or as desired
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients, except lemon juice, in a large bowl.
2. Toss well until evenly combined.
3. Just before serving, add lemon juice and mix.
4. Serve at once.
