Roasted Gram Balls

A healthy snack for young kids.
Pottukadalai (Roasted Gram)

Ingredients:
Roasted Gram – 1 cup, ground
Cardamom Powder – a pinch
Rock Candy – 1/4 cup
Cashewnuts – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Coconut Milk as required

Method:
1. Combine the gram flour, cardamom powder, rock candy and cashewnuts in a bowl.
2. Add enough coconut milk and mix well.
3. Make small balls of the mixture and keep them on a flat plate.
4. Allow it to harden a bit and serve.
