Baked Tomato Slices

Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 500 gms, sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Paprika – 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – a pinch
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil – 2 tblsp
Water – 2 tblsp

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients except tomato slices in a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Spread the tomato slices on a baking pan and sprinkle the spice mixture on top.
4. Ensure each slice has some of the spices.
5. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 175C/350F.
6. Bake for 30 minutes and remove.
7. Keep aside for 5 minutes and transfer to a serving plate.
8. Serve as a side dish or as a starter.
